Built for clubs, not just marketplaces
Marketplace power.
Club-first control.
A modern padel booking system and club software platform that helps you fill courts, retain players, and keep control of your pricing, brand, and customer relationships.
RacketSync (racketsync.com) is a UK padel court booking and club management platform: instant court bookings, matchmaker games by level, memberships, player CRM and revenue reporting — built and run for padel clubs in the United Kingdom.
Not to be confused with similarly named “Racket Sync” booking-platform integration tools from other companies — RacketSync is an independent UK padel booking platform and is not affiliated with them.

— Why RacketSync
Built for serious clubs.
Vetted clubs only. No clutter, no time-wasters, no chasing payments.
Calibrated, competitive players
Verified accounts plus a precision rating system that pairs players by true level — so your courts host close, competitive games, not mismatches.
Real-time availability
Sync your calendar. Players see live slots — no double-bookings.
Booking analytics
See utilisation, peak hours, and revenue trends. Make data-led decisions.
Payments — coming soon
Card payments at checkout with weekly payouts. Currently being rebuilt; clubs go live on the matchmaker today and switch on payments when it relaunches.
Live in minutes
Self-serve onboarding. Your club is searchable the moment you submit.
Grow your community
Open match hosting brings new players to your venue every week — a format other platforms credit for record retention globally.
Auto-fill cancellations
When a player drops out — missed payment or self-cancel — only their seat is released. Paid players stay paid and the seat is instantly re-listed to the matchmaker so your court stays full, not cancelled.
Replacements, not refunds
One dropout doesn't collapse a four-player booking. Our system reopens the single seat and finds the next eligible player, keeping your court full and your revenue intact.
A social feed that fills courts
Confirmed results post themselves as cards with score and rating deltas, members react with fire, clutch, robbed or GG, and one tap challenges the winner to a rematch. Rating milestones and weekly recaps keep players posting between sessions — and open-match beacons broadcast your unfilled seats straight into the feed.
Built-in player CRM
Every member gets a profile with lifetime spend, booking history, reliability, private staff notes and tags — plus segments like quiet 21+ days and top spenders, bulk messaging, and £ reward codes you can attach to any message.
Revenue intelligence KPIs
Retention and churn, new vs returning split, booking lead time, no-show rate, revenue per player and peak vs off-peak mix — all exportable to CSV for any date range, including a VAT-ready revenue export with the 20% split and commission breakdown.
Dynamic pricing suggestions
Every upcoming unsold slot is scored for the likelihood it stays empty at today's price, using 12 weeks of fill history for that court and hour plus live matchmaker demand. You get a plain-English reason and a suggested rate — applying it is always your call.
Refunds you control
Issue a full or partial refund on any booking straight from the dashboard when a member needs looking after — no support ticket, and the Stripe fee on that refund is reimbursed to you.
Owner, manager and staff roles
Invite your team by email and give each person only what they need — front-desk staff can run the diary, managers handle pricing, marketing and refunds, owners control billing and roles.
— Padel booking system
A complete padel booking system for UK clubs.
Everything you need to take bookings online, fill empty courts, and run your venue from one dashboard.
What is a padel booking system?
It's software that lets players check live court availability, reserve a slot, and pay online. For clubs, it replaces spreadsheets and WhatsApp with a single, real-time dashboard.
Why is RacketSync built for UK padel clubs?
We focus on UK padel venues with VAT-ready pricing, UK card payouts, and a player community already searching for courts and matches across the UK.
What does padel club software include?
Court scheduling, online payments, booking analytics, matchmaking, league management, cancellation handling, and a revenue dashboard — all in one place.
How quickly can a club go live?
Most clubs are listed and taking bookings within a few minutes. Our self-serve onboarding walks you through courts, pricing, and availability step by step.
Dynamic pricing
Know which slots won't sell — before they don't.
RacketSync scores every unsold slot in the next fortnight for the likelihood it stays empty at today's price. The score comes from 12 weeks of fill history for that exact court and hour, how close the slot is, and how many players have told the matchmaker they're free then. Each one arrives with a reason you can read out loud and a suggested rate.
- Risk bands from low to very high — busy hours are left alone
- A plain-English explanation for every suggestion, never a black box
- One tap applies it as an off-peak promo and notifies nearby players
- Nothing changes price on its own — every suggestion waits for you
What a suggestion looks like
Court 2 · Tuesday 14:00–15:00
- Chance it stays unsold
- 78% · High
- Current price
- £32.00
- Suggested price
- £25.60
“This hour filled 2 of the last 12 Tuesdays and only 3 players are looking for a game then. Dropping it brings it into range for the mid-afternoon crowd.”
Players never see a discount badge or a “was £32” price — just one clear price for the slot. Your rack rate stays credible.
— Leagues & tournaments
Run a league that mostly runs itself.
One setup. Automatic draws, player-funded courts, and live status. Your staff spend less time chasing WhatsApp and more time on court.
Less admin
Auto brackets and status badges replace the manual fixture spreadsheet.
No no-show risk
Four-way split means the court only locks once every player has paid.
Higher utilisation
Players book their own fixtures into your quiet slots.
01 · Editor
Edit any generated match.
Override the auto-draw whenever you need to — swap pairs, fix a court, push a time. The league keeps running while you keep control.
02 · Brackets
Group → bracket, automatically.
When the last group match is scored, knockout slots auto-fill. No manual re-seeding, no late-night bracket updates.
03 · Self-serve booking
Players book the court themselves.
A one-tap Book court CTA sits on every unscheduled fixture. The schedule updates itself the moment payment clears.
04 · Split checkout
Split four ways at checkout.
Each player pays their quarter. The court only locks once all four have paid — so your club never carries the no-show risk.
05 · Status at a glance
Booked / Scheduled / Unscheduled — at a glance.
Colour-coded badges on every fixture row tell staff exactly which matches are locked in and which still need a court.
New — refunds that don't leave you out of pocket
We absorb Stripe's processing fee on every refund.
When a card payment is refunded, Stripe doesn't return its own processing fee — leaving most venues slightly negative on every cancellation. RacketSync now transfers the proportional Stripe fee back to your connected account from our platform balance on every refund we initiate, so a full court-share refund nets you £0 instead of a small loss. Applies to direct court cancellations, joiner self-serve cancels, and auto-cancelled matchmaker games. On system-caused cancels (unfilled games, expired proposals, club cancellations, seat resales) we also refund the £0.79 platform fee to the player, so the customer is made fully whole — no awkward support tickets landing in your inbox.
Worked example
- Player paid
- £10.17
- Court share refunded
- £9.38
- Stripe fee on charge
- £0.53
- RacketSync reimburses you
- +£0.53
- Club net impact
- £0.00
No action required — reimbursement happens automatically the moment a refund is issued.
Worked example
- 1. Two of four paid. A doubles matchmaker slot still has 2 confirmed players two and a half hours before start.
- 2. RacketSync offers the switch at T-2h30. Both paid players get a prompt to move onto a singles court, open until the two-hour cutoff.
- 3. Price drops, refund auto-issues. The difference between the doubles share and the singles share is refunded straight back to their card — with your Stripe fee reimbursed, so your net is unchanged.
- 4. Court stays booked. Instead of two refunds and an empty slot, you keep the revenue on a singles court.
- 5. If nobody takes it, T-2h clears the diary. An unplayable game disbands on the two-hour line, every paid player is refunded in full including the £0.79 booking fee, and the court is released so your team can resell or close it.
Booking retention — doubles-to-singles rescue
Half-full doubles become paid singles — not a refund.
When a doubles matchmaker session doesn't fill, RacketSync offers the two paid players a switch onto a singles court between T-2h30 and the two-hour cutoff. The price drops, the difference is refunded automatically, and your court stays booked. If nobody accepts, the game disbands cleanly at T-2h with full refunds and the court handed back — never a half-paid game and a confused arrival. Combined with our Stripe-fee reimbursement, the venue nets exactly the singles-court price instead of two full refunds.
Player retention
Give players something to play for.
Per-club leaderboards turn a one-off booking into a weekly habit. Players come back to defend their rank, chase the crown, and post results to your club feed.
- Higher repeat-booking frequency from competitive players
- Rated games create fair, close matches players want to replay
- Auto-posted result cards, reactions and rematch challenges keep players coming back between sessions
Court utilisation
Turn empty courts into full games.
Most UK clubs sit at 35–55% utilisation outside peak. Our Game Matchmaker pools your unsold slots with players who told us exactly when they're free — and only reserves the court once a full doubles or singles group is locked in.

Player memberships — your unfair advantage
We turn casual players into your regulars.
Pro (£6.95/mo) and Elite (£10.95/mo) memberships give serious players fee-free bookings and priority matchmaking — so they play more often, and they play at your club.
Higher booking frequency
Members have a fee-free allowance to use — they're incentivised to book more games each month, filling your shoulder hours.
Priority matchmaking
Elite and Pro members jump the queue in our matchmaker, so the most committed players are the easiest to slot into your open courts.
More reliable players
Members invest in their game. They show up, pay upfront, and have reliability scores on the line — fewer no-shows, cleaner sessions.
Memberships are funded by players, not clubs. You get the demand uplift at zero extra cost — and keep your standard commission on every booking they make.
— Simple pricing
